You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.
5. Description of the service
Cyan is an educational digital product. It provides a structured 28-day AI Skill plan with interactive lessons, prompt templates, workflow blueprints, saved assets, and a completion certificate. Cyan is not an accredited academic institution.
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
The Service may include or guide you through using artificial-intelligence tools. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsafe. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and editing any AI output before relying on it for any purpose.
7. Educational information disclaimer
All content is provided for educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on anything you learn through the Service.
8. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and billing information.
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable law.
- Avoid uploading sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or government identifiers) into prompts, workflows, or saved assets unless strictly necessary.
9. Acceptable use

11. Subscription and payment terms

12. Introductory plans
Cyan offers two introductory subscription plans: Weekly Starter (1-week introductory period) and 12-Week Growth Plan (12-week introductory period). The exact price charged today, the renewal price, and the renewal cadence are displayed before checkout and depend on your region.
13. Renewal terms
Unless you cancel before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically. Weekly Starter converts to a recurring 4-week subscription. The 12-Week Growth Plan converts to a recurring 12-week subscription. Renewals continue until you cancel.
14. Cancellation
You can cancel online at any time from the subscription page in your profile, without contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund payments already made unless required by law or by our Refund Policy.
15. Refunds and withdrawal rights

16. Access after cancellation
After you cancel, you keep access to the Service until the end of the current billing period (currentPeriodEnd) unless otherwise required by law or by our refund policy.

Completing the 28-day program issues a Cyan completion certificate. This is a product-completion certificate, not an accredited academic qualification.
20. No guarantee of outcomes
Cyan does not guarantee employment, income, promotions, business results, or specific AI outputs. Results depend on your effort, context, and external factors outside our control.
21. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen incidents may occur.
22. Changes to the service
We may update, add, or remove features. Material changes that adversely affect your subscription will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
23. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
24. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Cyan in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights).
25. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cyan harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
26. Governing law
