1. Overview
Cyan is sold as a subscription. Each plan starts with an introductory period, then converts to a recurring subscription until you cancel.
2. Available plans
Weekly Starter
- You pay €8.99 today.
- 1-week introductory period.
- Converts to a recurring 4-week subscription.
- Renewal price: €18.99 every 4 weeks.
- Renews until canceled.
12-Week Growth Plan
- You pay €46.99 today.
- 12-week introductory period.
- Converts to a recurring 12-week subscription.
- Renewal price: €46.99 every 12 weeks.
- Renews until canceled.
3. Introductory plans
The introductory price is charged today and unlocks immediate access to the full Service. The introductory period is not a free trial.
4. Renewal terms
If you do not cancel before the end of the current period, your plan renews automatically at the renewal price and cadence above. We will continue to charge your saved payment method until you cancel.
5. Billing cycles
Each renewal starts a new billing cycle. Your subscription dashboard shows the current period start and end dates.
6. Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Tax treatment depends on your country and tax status.
7. Payment method authorisation
By subscribing you authorise Cyan and our payment provider to charge your payment method for the introductory amount and for each subsequent renewal, until you cancel.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel online at any time from the subscription page in your profile. No phone call or email is required. Cancellation prevents future renewals.
9. Access after cancellation
Access continues until the end of your current billing period (currentPeriodEnd) unless otherwise required by law or by our refund policy.
10. Failed payments
If a renewal fails, we may retry the charge or temporarily limit access until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email when possible.
11. Price changes
We may change subscription prices for future renewals. We will notify you in advance and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
12. Reactivation
You can reactivate a cancelled subscription before its access end date from the subscription page, or start a new subscription after that date.
