1. Overview
Cyan is a digital learning subscription accessed immediately after purchase. Refund eligibility depends on local law and the nature of your purchase.
2. Digital product nature
Cyan is digital content / a digital service. Lessons, prompts, workflows, and saved assets are available immediately on payment.
3. Introductory subscription charges
The introductory amount is charged today and unlocks immediate access to the full Service for the introductory period.
4. Renewal charges
Renewal charges are billed at the start of each new billing cycle. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the current period ends.
5. Cancellation vs refund
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund payments already made. A refund must be requested separately and is subject to the rules below and applicable law.
6. Refund eligibility
We may issue refunds in cases such as duplicate charges, failed delivery of the Service, technical issues we cannot resolve, or where required by mandatory consumer law.
7. EU/Spain withdrawal rights
Depending on your location and the nature of your purchase, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU and Spanish consumer law. We do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
8. Digital content / digital service access acknowledgment
If you request immediate access to digital content or digital services, you may be asked to acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be affected once performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The acknowledgment checkbox at checkout records that you have requested immediate access.
9. How to request a refund

10. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically a few business days.
11. Non-refundable cases
- Subscriptions cancelled after substantial use of the Service, except where required by law.
- Charges older than the period required by applicable law.
- Cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
12. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. Disputed charges may temporarily limit access.
